### RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your order! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:

**🕓 Timeframe:**  
Return requests must be submitted within **14 days** of receiving your item.

**📦 What We Accept:**  
- Items must be **unused, in original packaging**, and in the same condition you received them  
- Due to hygiene reasons, pet beds and aromatherapy items are **non-returnable once opened** unless faulty

**💳 Refunds:**  
- Eligible returns will receive **store credit** or a full refund (excluding shipping)  
- Refunds processed within **3–5 business days** of receiving returned item

**📮 Return Shipping:**  
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty or incorrect
