Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery if:
✅ The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✅ You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
To start a return, email us at 4th3vib3zsmeshb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will receive either:
- A refund to your original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days).
- A store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used on any future purchase.
🚨 Store credit may be issued instead of refunds in cases where:
- The product is not defective but you simply changed your mind.
- The item was a gift and the original payment method is unavailable.
Non-Refundable Items:

❌ Personalized or custom-made items
❌ Used or damaged products due to improper handling
❌Digital = non‑refundable once downloaded, physical = 14–30 days (your choice) unopened/unused
Order Issues & Damages
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 4th3vib3zsmeshb@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right!
Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we process it quickly! If you need to cancel or change it, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FORTHEVIBEZ+SMESHB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." We recommend checking with your local carrier or neighbors first.
